Dear Developers of PSPhunter, would it be possible for you to share the set of proteins that were labeled as 'not phase seperating' (non-hPS5754 in the paper)?

Thank you for your inquiry. I have uploaded the file "non-hPS5754" to the datasets folder as requested. Please let me know if you need any further assistance or if there are additional datasets you require.

Dear @jsun9003, thank you for uploading the data. Can you tell me more about the data format? Why is the amount of entries per row different? Does this have some meaning?

Dear @jsun9003, thanks for the great tool. Related to this issue, would you mind sharing also the non-PS16851 dataset of non-phase separating proteins in multiple species?
