Add privacy and data protection policy to the website

Before merging this: do we really have a MailChimp newsletter? Otherwise we should remove the whole block regarding the newsletter, as the MailChimp newsletter requires a contract for "Datenauftragsverarbeitung" (which we don't have).

good point. I deleted this. We had a newsletter in mailchimp once but I guess we are not allowed to use the emails in there anyway because of GDPR
