Number of stacks should be saved with each deck, not in the general settings #26

Currently the number of stacks to generate is stored in the general settings 
of the calculator, but if you have multiple characters then you may want to 
change the number of stacks to generate per character, not as a whole.  
Currently it's a pain to change the settings per character.
