Opening Files

Notes that xlrd/openpyxl are required for opening Excel files, which will soon be true

Understanding Columns

Adds a screenshot and short explanation at the end of the chapter, showing what happens when you q out of the Columns Sheet after making changes to it.

Summarizing Data

Fixes incorrect description of z+ in step-by-step "One-off calculations"

Working With Large Files

Regarding dynamic columns, rephrases "freeze" to "cache", and changes the recommentation from ' to z'.
