Add 2nd Avenue Subway (T) #1

According to the highest-resolution map out there, the new T train is #5ec5ec, C 60 M 17 Y 0 K 7, and the closest PANTONE is 637 M. Of course I just eyeballed these all off the screen so they aren't "offish" so this is probably a judgment call. Thoughts?

So forward-thinking! I'm wary of adding non-official colors/lines, but (a) the 2nd-Ave. line seems somewhere in limbo, and (b) perhaps there's a way to clearly indicate the speculative status of these color codes.

Do the color codes of the N/Q/R on that map match the lines' official codes?

The NQR(W) in that map is a bit lighter than the official colour from the CSV (Reference). The MTA is already selling 2nd avenue subway merch, so the light blue colour isn't going anywhere, but I suspect it's also probably a touch darker than in that PDF. Maybe we should just get in touch with Mark Heavey and ask - obviously they know which colour they're using at this point.

Good call — just emailed Mark with that question. I'll let you know what he says.
