Sync with "Read it Later" type services #1

Would be great to sync/export TB to Pocket/Instapaper/etc (perhaps an open framework to support future services)

Also if you didn't care to make it dynamic, you could simply export in Instapaper-compatible format which both Instapaper and Pocket support: http://getpocket.com/import/instapaper
