Updating KnockoutJS to version 3.5.0

I was only able to find the official 3.5.0 release as a minified version...hopefully this won't be a problem.

@pak9rabid, thanks for the PR. The unminified file they refer to as "debug" on https://knockoutjs.com/downloads/index.html. The new gem version has been pushed to rubygems.org.
