Successful Python 2.7 and 3.4 build on bare Linux environment, registration case in Travis-CI #2

This commit demonstrates successful integration of the registration case with Travis-CI. If @jswoboda enables Travis-CI (create Travis-CI account using Github login, I can show you this in a minute or two next week) on his own ISRSpectrum repository, he will also have automatic testing against the registration case for each ' git push and pull request.
