Add Cost info #1

I'd like a flag that can be turned on to show the cost of each request.

That flag exists on my mcq-wizard.streamlit.app, but that code isn't in this template

@rajaathota72-fc I have added this feature but not put it behind a flag yet. If you get to this first, you can add the flag.
