Note: escodegen 1.3.4 requires node v0.10.x.

Q1. is there any specific reason to update the dependency (such as a bug that affects JSX has been fixed)?

Q2. should we finally remove node 0.8.x from .travis.yml?

There is no strong reason to upgrade dependencies but this pr keeps backward compatibility.
