Delete the maps folder and the default.map file #79

It is possible to judge the contents of a file named "default.map". Binary map 
files for the mapsforge-map library should rather be downloaded from the 
mapsforge page and have a better name. Also have a look at: 
ftp://ftp.mapsforge.org/
