Status Bar menu #2

Hey,

Add a status bar menu, w/ two simple menu item (about and quit).

Also do some check when the search window is brought back.

Put a key in plist to specify if the app icon will be on dock. It's turned off for now since if the app is not on dock, when VimAck is trigged the search window will not be key and shown in front.
