Add the ability to change the "boldness" of text #147

Quite often I'm finding that the text color black, on a page, is a bit washed out. I try to improve this by using No Squint to change the background from white to a light grey. But what would be really nice would be to have the ability to change the boldness of the black, not necessarily to a full bold, but to some degree in between the washed out and the full bold. The amount of bold could be made adjustable to suit one's taste and eyesight.

An additional way to do this might be to adjust the contrast. Between the two, adjustable boldness and adjustable contrast, I think anyone could find something that suits.

In case I wasn't clear, when I suggested increasing the "boldness of the black" text, I meant increasing the boldness of the particular font. Just as programs such as Excel, and Word will give you a choice between a regular font and the bold version, I'd like NoSquint to have the ability to change the boldness of the font to some value in between regular and BOLD. In other words, a variable BOLDNESS.
