Usually there is nothing I can do about these kinds of rendering issues. Unlike full page zoom, text zoom often does break the page layout because site designers make assumptions about font sizes and use pixel sizes on containers.
However, in this particular case, I don't see any rendering issues when I set text zoom to 105%. Although I'm using Firefox 31.
One way to be sure is to disable NoSquint, enable text-only zoom (in the menu, View | Zoom | Zoom Text Only), and then set the zoom level to where you had it with NoSquint enabled. Do you see the same issue?
As I use NoSquint more and more, I'm starting to run into overlapping lines on some websites/pages. Here's one of them:

What I'm seeing is that in each paragraph, the last sentence (or part of it) will overlap the sentence above it, which in turn overlaps the sentence above it, etc... The overlap is aprox 1/3rd of the bottom part of the letters. So it's usually still readable but slows you down and is annoying.
I'm using Firefox 19. The full zoom level is set (on this page) at 100%, the text zoom level at 105%. I tried changing the zoom levels but it didn't make a difference.
Fortunately, it's only happening on occasional websites so far. Is there a solution?
