NoSquint is a Firefox add-on that allows you to adjust the text-only and full-page zoom levels as well as color settings both globally (for all sites) and per site.
Most site colors I am ok with, but with standard opt-out exception logic more gets screwed up than improved, so unless I'm spending long periods on bad sites I leave NoSquint off.
If exceptions could have opt-in behavior, I'd leave it on all the time, and just improve the bad sites.
I'm not a coder, but how hard could that be? NoSquint would then have donatable value to me.
