NoSquint is a Firefox add-on that allows you to adjust the text-only and full-page zoom levels as well as color settings both globally (for all sites) and per site.
When I click the plus or minus arrow the percentage number does not change but the screen size does. i set my default size to 100% but the percentage shown on the tool bar is 120%.
