Global Settings dialog opens sized to display only its Ok, Cancel and Help buttons. #84

Nothing else is visible besides the Ok, Cancel and Help buttons on the Global Settings dialog when it opens, and the dialog window is not resizeable. Tried uninstalling 2.1.9 and reinstalling to no avail. Is there a workaround (method to reset the dialog window dimensions) until this is fixed?

I can confirm that this is an issue in Firefox 21 for Windows. (I haven't changed NoSquint's Global Settings in a while, so I can't speak to other, recent versions of Firefox for Windows.) For what it's worth, while Global Settings' OK and Cancel buttons work, clicking on the Help button does nothing. If that's because the Help button normally displays text in the Global Settings dialog box, then bestcoder's hypothesis is probably right. If it's supposed to load a webpage, then the Global Settings box might have bigger issues than just being sized too small.

Site Settings dialog boxes, reachable by clicking on NoSquint's add-on bar button, seem to be working fine. Incidentally, it would be nice if that button could be dragged to a different bar, or a duplicate one added to the Customize Toolbar box's collection of addable items. I often autohide my Windows taskbar, and mousing down to Firefox's add-on bar / status bar often accidentally triggers the taskbar. As a result, I move as many buttons from the add-on bar to other bars (toward the top) as I can.

I confirmed that Private Tab release version 0.1.2 was responsible for breaking the Global Options dialog in NoSquint by disabling it and testing, and then re-enabling it and testing again.

Installing Private Tab pre-release version 0.1.3 eliminated the problem.
