Make new action for "show used CC lanes" #102

The SWS/FNG action for "show used CC lanes" will show CC0 and CC32 for bank select.

Make a Reaticulate equivalent of this action to show used CC lanes except CC0 and CC32, and also ensure the PC lane is visible even if there are no current PC events. PC lane should show at the top of the lanes.
