Handle 14-bit OSC values for Actions with CC input #189

Added a simple check to convert 14-bit OSC values to CC values when an action is triggered. Didn't touched the actions with relative CC

Thanks for the PR, @Kabraxist. I'm on the fence about whether we should be passing res as a command argument rather than adjust value in each action, but I can always change that later. This is obviously an improvement.
