Add option to hide superfluous UI elements #217

Great and super useful script! I have a small UI customization request.

Most of the time on my workflow, the midi channel selector, articulation filter and the bank name are not needed, and they take up precious vertical space. A toggle for a focused mode would be welcome, which would hide all these elements. Bank name could for example find it's place between the toolbar icons.

If this feature is not wanted, I can always hide these UI elements on my local install, but it would be nice to not have to do it on every update :) I can also try to create a PR for this feature.

Do you envision this "focus mode" being a single global setting, or per track?

A global setting would probably be most useful, I liken it to UI settings such as font size.
