This adds articulations for the Audiobro LA Scoring Strings 3 Kontakt library.

LA Scoring Strings 3 has an official userbank, which can be found in the "DAW Integrations" directory under the sound library, and works perfectly with the official DAW Integration snapshot of the sound source. I think there is no need to add a third-party userbank.

@srsgores does your bank work differently in some useful way than the first-party bank distributed by Audiobro?
