Add action to convert events to programs based on output event #4

If a MIDI item has manual keyswitches, it'd be nice to have an option to convert them to program changes.

Any news on conversation of realtime played in keyswitches into program changes?

@mozart999uk low on the priority list, unfortunately. But also I should point out this issue isn't about realtime conversion but to have an action to convert existing MIDI events. Realtime conversion is a much, much harder problem.

@jtackaberry I understand. :-) An action to convert would definitely be a great way forward for me :-) Realtime I can live without :-)
