can't find nr.db there, or it is corrupted #584

Hi Developers I was trying to run download_databases.pl and encountered the same problem as many people "can't find nr.db there, or it is corrupted". I read many of your replies but did not find a solution. How can I solve this problem? I have tried download_databases.pl and make_databases.pl several times with the same results. Hello Did you run configure_nodb.pl?

Does this come from download_databases.pl? What is the content of DB_BUILD_DATE? What is the md5sum of nr.dmnd? Is this the one stated in nr.md5? Finally, is the nr.dmnd file located in /data1/home/meta/database? Or maybe in /data1/home/meta/database/db?
