Step 1: Megahit Issue

Hello,

I am getting the same error in Megahit as the issue below, would that solution still work; I've attached my Megahit log as well. For changing assembly options, do I need to completely restart my job or can I add it to my script and restart?

Hello Better restart the full project adding the kmer sizes for the assembler, as in #208
