Hello All your bins are from Eukaryotes, and checkM is able to scan for completeness/contamination just for prokaryotic bins. Sorry about that. You will need to find another way of checking your bins. Luckily there are some tools available for this. For example, check this one: https://genomebiology.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13059-020-02155-4

Dear sir, In bintable, we found that Completeness and Contamination of bins were missing but the other parameters had values, as shown in the following figure. We are uncertain as to why this error has occurred. Please assist us in resolving it. Thank you very much.
