I have run the co-assembly method through a HPC and am now looking to upload the data to R to explore the data. I have downloaded SQMtools version 1.6.3 and first tried to run the Hadza test data provided and I get the following error code:
"Directory "/Hadza" does not seem to contain a valid SqueezeMeta project".
I am unable to determine what this means as I first tried it on my own data outputs, but the issue remained. I am not super familiar with R and may be making a junior mistake.
Hello,
I have run the co-assembly method through a HPC and am now looking to upload the data to R to explore the data.
Any help that could be provided would be useful.
