Hello professor, I encountered an error in STEP4.(STEP4 -> HOMOLOGY SEARCH || Error: Database was built with a different version of Diamond and is incompatible) I have checked my diamond version number is 0.9.22, but I do not know my database version number, may I ask how to query the relevant information of nr.dmnd? How should I deal with this problem next? Would it be easier to reinstall the software or reinstall the database?

You are using an old version of SqueezeMeta. Can you update to a newer version of SqueezeMeta, run configure_nodb.pl and try again?
