Strange bug with special map spawns. #102

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to the vents in syntek map. Jacobs Campaign.
2.You will see that there are no parasites in the vents. (There are on a 
non-ch1ckens server)
3.This occurs on many other maps.
4.It causes the map death knock to be unplayable. Apparently the map wont spawn 
a queen at the end that is needed to finish the map.
5.Could this be due to removing props?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Have all maps properly spawning their predefined aliens.

Fixed no parasites in the vents by r594.
Fixed maps Death Knock, Groundzero & Larnok wont spawn queen by r594.
