Further description of the feature you'd like to see:

Need a Cvar to set sentry ammo other than just infinite.
Need a Cvar to limit sentries per person or per team.

Possibly a Cvar to give sentries more ammo with ammo crates?

Is request to fix another bug?:

 Yes, sentries are being abused and can cause crashes when too numerous.
