Drop special items at map start.

The ability to have 4 Extinguishers, Mining lasers, Etc... dropped at the start 
of each map.

This could allow the ability to drop unused/hidden weapons or items.

Sounds like a good idea... If I find an automatic, bombproof way of doing this, 
I'll add it.

This idea could actually be changed and moved into the area of loading commands 
seconds after map start.
