Buff Grenades and/or Heal Grenades #26

Further description of the feature you'd like to see:

I'm aware that these Cvars probably dont do anything or even mean anything. 
BUT, the names alone inspire things!

Imagine being a superstar track runner for 10 seconds.. What about increased 
jumping buff for a brief period as well. Perhaps increased Healing or more 
Weapon Damage while the buff is active.

Picture throwing a grenade half way across the room to save a marine near death 
and healing them while you simultaneously attack the aliens that surround them. 
Think about giving the officer or special weapons a grenade that enables them 
to act as medic and helping the team for a brief period.

Is request to fix another bug?:

Maybe, if you agree that at least one of these features should have already 
been implemented.

This inspires a couple of other things.
1. What other items can we add COLOR Cvars to (anything that doesn't require 
client side permissions?)
2. The normal grenades kinda suck. Could they be replaced?
(I'm aware the same grenade explosion sound would occur, but could it's affect 
on game play and maybe appearance "color of explosion" be changed to another 
use?)

As you now know, "healgrenades" are the medi satchels, and "buff grenades" are 
the damage amps. The color cvars however, set the color of the client-side 
"dome" refraction effect that is created around the damage amp/medi satchel. 
Since this is client-sided, there's nothing I can do to change it.
