Further description of the enhancement:

L4D-style adrenaline effect when intensity is high, or health is low, or horde 
spawns or something like that.

Is this enhancement being created to fix another bug?:

Examples of local contrast enhancement both on and off. It can easily be used 
to simulate high stress.

Source code is now complete for effect. Now working on sourcemod plugin to 
allow users to easily enable/disable the effect.
