Further description of the enhancement:

Finish adding splash damage to ranger projectiles.

Is this enhancement being created to fix another bug?:

Sorta.

If so, what bug?:

Ranger projectile splash damage was never completed by the original crew. 
Shouldn't be THAT hard to finish.
