Chainsaw Dmg #58

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Chainsaw is based on melee dmg.
2.It should be adj. sep.
3.It needs it's own dmg. cvar.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

To be able to give marines a high melee dmg. ability without making the 
Chainsaw Over Powered.
