Further description of the enhancement
creating a custom cfg with all available commands, defaults, and descriptions.

it may be best to load hordemode.cfg via  customsettings.cfg instead of 
server.cfg  to allow server owners to load a different cfg without conflicts. 
Will be including instructions in the cfg and a seperate .cfg called 
customhordemode.cfg to allow this. By executing hordemode via customsettings, 
people can edit hordrmode without editing server.cfg
