Give marines extra lives. Marine Respawn Director. #77

Further description of the feature you'd like to see:

Give marines extra lives.

Cvar to Respawn marine upon death after a given time frame. 15 sec.?
Cvar to Respawn as invincible for a given time frame. 3 sec.?
Cvar to Set number of lives. 2-3?

Cvar to make Extra Lives possible only if one marine remains living in the 
current game.

Marine should be respawned near a random marine, or the tech for tech maps.
Obviously Techs couldnt get second lives on maps that require their skills 
unless another tech still lives. Resulting in map failure on tech death for 
those maps without 2 techs.

Cvar to set the respawn distance from other marines.
