Mark read articles #2

For me, it'd be very nice to mark read articles so that I could filter them. The marking should be fast to do, for example: mark all of the page, mark all of the same source, both of them for the older than x days. Congratulations for the project, keep up the good work. Thanks.

Hey @lpvm , I agree and I think it'd be a great feature to implement into the application. I'll go ahead and add this to the list of TODOs in the README. Hopefully I can get it it soon.
