DCC does not have this (although it has 61. δέω2 and 81. δεῖ). Neither of those entries have a definition that matches this one ("to bind, tie, fetter") so it's not clear whether DCC has conflated δέω or just ignored this sense all together.
Campbell does have this (1209) and distinguishes it from (1297) which is our 61. δέω2)
