Distribute allkeys.txt with the PyPI release #1

I think this module would be far more useful if the allkeys.txt would be distributed with the package. It looks like it may be done:

Yes, I agree it does seem I can redistribute the allkeys.txt file. Thanks for pointing this out!

It's now in the repo as of b6a87a2 and I'll work on the release now.

It appears the latest allkeys.txt breaks my code so I've delayed making a release until I can work out what has changed in the UCA and DUCET format.

Looks like something changed between 6.2 and 6.3 so I'm reverting to the 6.2 allkeys.txt for now
