What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. List add-ons in repo

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
install NBA LEAGUE PASS

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MAX OS - NBA LP v0.0.3

Please provide any additional information below.
NBA LP is marked as damaged in repo, I see that there is version 0.0.3 listed 
but NBA LP plugin has already v0.0.6. Can someone fix this in repo?

BlueCop changed the repo's addon.xml file. Now the versions match.
