amazon plugin is missing resources/lib/__init__.py #97

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try using amazon plugin on Fedora-16

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Access to amazon videos, but get plugin error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Fedora-16

Please provide any additional information below.

copying '~/.xbmc/addons/plugin.video.amazon/resources/__init__.py' to
'~/.xbmc/addons/plugin.video.amazon/resources/lib/' solves the problem
