Update to image 0.11.1 in helm chart #338

What this PR does / why we need it:

The latest helm chart is not using the latest release of kube2iam

Which issue this PR fixes

0.11.0 hasn't been pushed to docker hub

There is no 0.11.0 in docker hub, instead jtblin/kube2iam:kube2iam-2.6.0 is available. could you please solve this problem?
