Fixed bug that caused Indigo device state to never update, updated #2

logging to use the new logger object, fixed string formatting to be future proof, made status request actually update device state.

Also removed some methods that weren't being used, and replaced the unused menu item with one to toggle debugging on/off to show the debug logging in the event log.

I bumped the version number to 0.2.0 (though you can certainly change that) and the server API version to 2.0 (since it's using the new logging).
