Added a User Interface #5

Added a cosmetic User Interface. It uses your shell to display the output of the Multi-Meter. It has buttons for sending the commands.

Not sure how GitHub works, feel fee to do what as you wish, I'm still on a learning curve with GitHub.

Sorry Palingenesis, I misread the pull request - I thought it was for my original repo, rather than JT Cash's.

Handling the pull request is obviously for JT Cash.
