[Feature Request] Show Overdue Tasks #109

Quick feature request! I love this extension, so thanks so much to @jtcheng26 and all other contributors. The one addition that would be nice is to have a toggle in Settings to show overdue tasks no matter what at the top of the list. Currently, if you leave a task overdue and the time range ends (day, week, or month), the task is no longer shown. While it doesn't happen often, I have had tasks that I am overdue for and still intend to do after a few days; having these "out of sight, out of mind" makes it a little harder to remember about them.

Just an idea! Again, it would be a toggle in Settings, so the current behavior could still be the default.

Thank you so much for adding this, @jtcheng26 ! It has been helpful. One question though - (and let me know if I should create a new issue for this). Currently, only two overdue tasks are shown, though I know I have many more, probably closer to 20. Is the extension truncating the list to some length in the background?

Edit: Just realized why when I looked at the original PR; the tasks in question are custom tasks, and the visible ones are there only because they are within the current date range. Would it be possible to add an option to have custom tasks included in this behavior? It would be nice to be able to have the extension give custom tasks the same weight as instructor-created ones, as instructors don't always add tasks for every assignment (particularly those in external homework systems).

I remember learning that custom tasks are accessed from elsewhere in the API (in the Planner section, I think?), so I wager that this might be more work... but it would be highly appreciated! I could even try my hand at helping, given some direction.
