Where can I access this view without having to boot up my own Canvas instance from the open source repo? It doesn't seem to be available in the free-for-teacher Canvas instance.

Update: it seems only 7 new commits have been made to this feature in the last 2 years and no major feature updates, so this probably isn't a priority for Instructure.
