ROi convenience #26

Is there any way to make it so that when you process a video with a set ROI mask you only scroll through the ROIs that have not been deleted? Right now all deleted ROIs show up as blank graphs

ex. if ROI 1-5 deleted in video AS1, loading AS2 with the same ROI mask will show ROI 1-5 in the list but as blank graphs

I think I slightly broke the ROI mask in the latest update. I'll work on fixing it when I get back. Unless, do you want to branch and work on it while I'm gone?

I believe I have fixed this in the new dev version. Will merge to master after more testing.
