Re-design Windows icon #96

Currently, the application icon for the Windows build is just a place-holder (see windows_icon.ico). It would be nice to replace it with permanent design.

I'm not an artist, however. We would need someone from the community to volunteer.

Mushed together two images from PNGWing : https://www.pngwing.com/ Near as I can tell the license allows "free non-commercial use"

Cloud converter will convert to an icon file easy enough : https://cloudconvert.com/png-to-ico Github doesn't appear to allow upload of ico images and pull request seemed overkill at this stage.

Unlikely to win any awards - but here it is.

I appreciate the submission! I think the concept is good, but unfortunately when it's scaled down to a 64x64 ICO image, magnifying glass blends in so much it can't be seen.

Yeah - the pixel limit creates a bit of an issue. Win10 should accept 256x256 px ICO files - but that still doesn't leave much to work with.
