topology chain sequence #1

If there is any 'gap' in chain sequence in topology (e.g. chain 94 and 96 exist but not 95) the dynamic model runs indefinitely without doing anything.

maybe add logic at the end of script or start of model to test for gaps in chain numbers and throw an exception
