Needs adjusted so that if there are multiple dams upstream it, script sums flow from all upstream dams and then adds flow based on effective DA. Also need to make it so that if there are two dams on the same stream it only looks at the most downstream dam.

Solved with new get_flow method. Not closing b/c there may be a way that doesn't slow down the script so much...
